Sony Indoor Amusement Park in Minnesota?

Hey Everybody!

BIG news. At least for me it is.

For those who don't know, which should basically be all of you, I live in the Twin Cities. And about 40 minutes away from me is an outlet mall in Albertville. Which is nice to go to, even though I'm not always a big shopper. I mainly go for this alien - themed restaurant with wicked baked potatoes.

And today I hear the biggest news. Albertville Minnesota is going to be home...to an indoor Sony amusement park. That's right. There is Disneyland,  Universal Studios, and now:  A Sony indoor theme/ water park/entertainment mall....to be named soon.

It will include a Marriott Hotel, a mini indoor amusement park, and an indoor waterpark. The rides will all be based on Sony movies (and hopefully games) such as: Ghostbusters, Hotel Transylvania, Smurfs, Men in Black, and Pixels.

Cost of admission is estimated to be around $20. So this will be a happy alternative to Disney World. Not to mention being out of the heat.

So it looks Minnesota will be home to two relatively small indoor theme parks. And the only thing to attract people here is: indoors.
With marvelous themed attractions, of course.
